If you are a person who has a blog or website, You need to register as a publisher. For this you have to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Yllix.com by searching on a search engine or go directly to "https://yllix.com".
Step 2: Click the Menu button and select "Publisher".
Step 3: Fill in your name and Email address and Then Click on "Create account". You will receive a message on the screen saying the Registration is complete.
Step 4: You will get an email with an account activation link. Click on the activation link and you will see a page to accept terms and conditions. If you understand the terms and conditions, put A tick mark by clicking on the box and clicking the "Complete Registration" button.
Step 5: After that step, you will see a form to enter your address. Fill in Your address and Click the "Continue" button.
Step 6: The next page will be asking for your phone number. Enter the Phone number and click the "Continue" button.
Step 7: The next page opening will be to select which payment method you want to pay out your earnings. Just click the payment option you are comfortable with. (I will explain payment methods later.)
You may need to enter the necessary details for the payment method you choose. For example, If you are choosing PayPal, You need to enter the Email address that is connected with your PayPal account.
After selecting the Payment Options Click the "Continue" button.
Step 8: You will see a page showing that your "Registration completed". You can use your Yllix account after closing this page.

To do this go to the Yllix website and Click " Login" on the menu section.
You will see a login page. Log in with your email address and password.
If you want ads except for the push notifications ads you can select the "ad tags" option.
You can see different types of ads. Select which ad type you want and click on "Get ad tag".
You can see the code appearing on the screen. Just copy it and paste it to your website properly.
If you want to push notifications ads where the Yllix website asks your visitors to activate push notifications from the Yllix ad network, You need to do a different process.
To activate the push notification ad, Go to the push notification of publishers panel (The page see after logging in to your Yllix publisher account) and click on the "Push Notifications" Option.
Then you will see 3 options,

For HTTP sites
For Blogger sites
Just select which type of website you have.
After clicking any option you will see asking for selecting the website content Type.
After selecting the content type you can see an HTML code. You just need to paste this code before the "</head>" tag. If you don't know what you are doing please consider contacting a qualified website developer to do this for you.
If you do this your visitor will get a request to activate push notifications from the Yllix ad network.
I don't think this is a good idea as a website owner. It will hurt the credibility of your website. The notification sending may make your user frustrated because most of the users will be activating without actually wanting it.

Yllix has serious issues with payment and The earnings are also quite low. Even if you managed to trick the Yllix website to make money it's don't worth it.
PERSONAL THOUGHTS ABOUT YLLIX AD NETWORK
If I were you I would not use the Yllix Ad network to monetize my website. I don't have any reason to tell you why you should use it. I regret wasting my website traffic by putting ads on this ad network. There are a lot of ad networks such as Google Adsense, Media.net and Adsterra. Most of them give better Earnings and Advertisements than the Yllix advertising network.
In my view, The quality of the ads is also not good. For example, If you have a website about Movies and entertainment, The advertisement will be An image of the download button. I never saw an ad for a product of a company when I was using it.
